What is included in your branding services?
My branding packages typically include:
- A custom logo design
- A complete visual identity system (fonts, colors, brand guidelines)
- Tailored brand assets such as social media templates, business cards, or packaging design
Each project is customized to your specific needs, so we’ll discuss your goals in detail during our discovery call.
How long does the branding process take?
The timeline depends on the scope of your project and your responsiveness during the process. On average:
- Essential Branding: 3–4 weeks
- Premium Branding: 6–8 weeks
I’ll provide a detailed timeline during the project kickoff, and we’ll keep communication open to ensure everything stays on track.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer flexible payment plans for projects over €1,000. We can discuss options during your discovery call to find a solution that works for you.
What happens if I need changes to the design?
All branding packages include a set number of revision rounds:
- Essential Package: 2 revision rounds
- Premium Package: 4 revision rounds
Additional revisions beyond these rounds can be accommodated at an hourly rate.
Can I use the designs however I want?
Absolutely! Once the project is complete and the final payment is made, you’ll receive all necessary files and full usage rights for your branding materials. However, modifications like adding filters to photos are not permitted as they infringe on copyright.
Do you work with clients outside of Belgium?
Yes! While I’m based in Brussels, I serve clients all over the world. Thanks to remote collaboration tools, we can seamlessly communicate and work together regardless of location. I speak Dutch, French and English so you can contact me in your preferred language.
What if I need branding urgently?
I occasionally offer expedited services for an additional fee, depending on my current schedule. Reach out to discuss your deadline, and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate it.
What if I don’t know what I want for my brand?
That’s exactly what I’m here for! Through a discovery call, questionnaire and/or a strategy session, we’ll uncover your brand’s essence, values, and vision. I’ll guide you every step of the way to create a brand identity you’ll love.
Do you offer print services?
Let’s bring your brand to life! I can assist with print design services, such as business cards, brochures, packaging, shopping bags and more. If needed, I can also coordinate with trusted print suppliers to ensure your materials look perfect. Printing costs are billed separately and will be discussed based on your needs.
Do you offer à la carte services?
Yes, if you need a specific service like logo design or social media templates, I offer à la carte options as well. Let’s discuss your needs and create a solution that works for you.
